Today I have a local product from here in Vancouver.
It's from a nice bakery called Glutenull.
I've been buying these from a couple of years now, they have been one of my staple products if I don't feel like baking my own, they are the next best thing.
Suuuper moist, actually they just updated them a couple weeks ago to include Organic Granny Smith Apples. Little sweet and nutty with a hint of cinnamon, very tasty.
These make a great addition to your morning meal, I like to pair it with my cup of tea or even for lunch with my smoothie.
They are super filling!
Great simple ingredient listing, nothing weird or unnecessary!
You must try it!
P.S. The only problem I have with these are their lining, the paper is super stuck to them, perhaps they could oil their pans more, because I have to literally shave my muffins or I'll eat paper!
