Well here is a recipe on "Spiced Caramel-Banana Smoothies".

Whip up a spicy smoothie in just minutes with yogurt, soymilk, ice cream topping and banana.

Makes
2 servings
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy crème caramel low-fat yogurt
1 ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
1 1/4
cups soymilk (Doesn't have to be SoyMilk, I prefer Coconut Milk or Organic Milk. :)
1 tablespoon caramel fat-free topping
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
